Base pay $19.53/hr. Could reach as high as $22.76/hr with 7+ years experience and a bachelors degree
Schedule: M-W 3-11pm & Sunday 7am-11pm
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts' STARR is an off campus group home located in Paxton, MA, and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.
You will add value by:
Maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program clients while improving functioning and minimizing interfering behaviors.
Providing client documentation to include shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress notes.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Active driver’s license is required.
- High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or Special Education preferred.
- Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
- Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment
- Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation, which runs Monday-Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
- Post orientation, the schedule is:M-W 3-11pm & Sunday 7am-11pm
