Position: Emergency Certified Special Education Teacher
Salary: $55,000 annually
Schedule: Hours worked will be based on the 10-month school calendar
Location: Homestead area of Pittsburgh, Pa
Devereux/TCV Community Services is Hiring for an Emergency Certified Special Education Teacher for its Day Academy!!!
As a Special Education Teacher, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping children with special needs learn.
Position Overview:
Devereux/TCV Community Services in Homestead, PA provides programs and services for children with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and dual diagnoses. The Special Education Teacher also provides additional services such as testing, assessment, IEP updates, and other duties as directed by the School Principal.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in education required.
- Active Special Education Instructional I or II Pennsylvania Teacher Certification required.
- Experience with Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support strategies.
- Special Education Teacher experience required.
