Full-time in-patient Clinical position, located in Rutland, MA. 

Monday-Friday, Daytime, with on-call rotation.

The pay for this position starts at $61,200/yr up to $67,484/yr depending on experience and education.

$3,000 Sign-on Bonus.

 

Devereux Massachusetts is seeking a clinician for their Girls Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program in Rutland, MA. The West Side program is a campus-based residential program, which serves female-identified and gender diverse youth age 13 through 21 with mental/behavioral health and trauma disorders. The clinician is responsible for individual, group, and family therapy, risk assessment, consultation to the multi-disciplinary team, and positively interfaces with external agencies. The primary clinical treatment model for this program is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with TF-CBT being utilized as the stage 2 treatment and all interventions are embedded within a trauma-informed care milieu.

 

The ideal candidate will have training and experience in DBT and/or CBT, facilitating clinical groups, and exposure to trauma-informed care or training in TF-CBT. Devereux provides the Clinician with access to ongoing training in DBT and other evidence-based treatment models, with opportunities to pursue agency-supported certification as a DBT therapist. The clinician also participates in a weekly DBT consult group with other practitioners providing DBT interventions within other programs.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required.
  • Must have relevant behavioral experience.
  • Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
