Recruitment Support:

 

This role works closely with the People Operations & Recruitment Specialist to provide administrative and operational assistance across both recruiting and general HR functions and ensures smooth communication across the organization. This role will be focused on assisting the recruiting and onboarding process, including phone screenings, candidate coordination, document tracking, and compliance follow-up. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

People Operations & Recruiting Support (Primary Focus)

· Conduct phone screens and assist with initial candidate evaluations.

· Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

· Print resumes, prepare interview packets, and maintain candidate records.

· Facilitate completion of new hire paperwork, including I-9s and other onboarding documents in iCIMS.

· Administer drug screens and send candidates for required physicals.

· Serve as a Notary for employment-related documents.

· Follow up with candidates at least twice per week to ensure completion of all documents.

· Enter background checks.

· Scan and upload employee files into appropriate folders, file I-9s, and update the new hire log.

· Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times

· Other P.O. duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED is required

· Prior administrative, HR, or recruiting support experience preferred.

· Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

· Strong time management skills

· High attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with iCIMS or Certiphi is a plus.

· Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
