Starting pay: $20.50 per hour. Additional $$$ for experience and education above minimum requirements. 

 

As our Quality Managment Coordinator at Devereux Georgia you will:

  • Work under the supervision of the Quality and Risk Management Director and be responsible for working closely with the team within the Quality and Risk Management Department to implement quality and compliance initiatives and track the same.
  • Work with the team to establish an annual compliance plan to include benchmarks from a daily to annual basis.
  • Utilize audit tools for monitoring compliance and reporting the same.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to reviewing, correcting, and following up on assigned Event Reports and video reviews. 
  • Work collaboratively with Program Managers, Nursing, the Campus Supervisor, and Direct Care Staff to ensure accuracy of PEI Logs, Nursing PEI Forms, other related documents. 
  • Participate in audits and other complaince activities. 
  • Participate in Joint Commission and licensing surveys.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

 

HS diploma,Bachelor's degree preferred whith 2 years' experience in a Behavioral Health Care setting in Health Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field; or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Behavioral Health Care setting in Health Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or related field.  Quality Management compliance experience is preferred. 

 

Must be organized, excellent communicator. 

 

Familiarity with joint commission or other accrediting body beneficial.

 

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access to capture, aggregate and graph data.   Good presentation skills required.
