WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The Leadership Talent Track Trainee Program will prepare you for your future role as a leader at Daimler Truck or Daimler Buses in various German locations.

The 24 months Leadership Talent Track offers you the following aspects:

• Onboarding within predefined home area
• Innovative project assignments at various locations in Germany and abroad
• Build up an intercultural and social network
• Get access to various training and development offers with a focus on customer centricity and our leadership culture 
• Get support and guidance by your personal executive mentor 
• Gain insights into everyday work in our production facilities and get to know our customers
• Participation in a virtual management qualification to take on a future management function

During your traineeship you will go through various departments. Based on your individual expertise, your home area could be in one of the following departments:

The Mercedes-Benz Trucks Strategy department develops and executes the business strategy for Mercedes-Benz Trucks and BharatBenz. We drive the strategy process by integrating stakeholders across the organization in close alignment with the top management. We evaluate external market developments, define and monitor strategic measures and develop internal strategy communication.

Qualifications

THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH 

• Bachelor/Master of business administration/business management or comparable field
• First leadership experiences & first experiences in managing projects
• Fluent in written & spoken English 
• Interest in growing into a leadership position in the future 
• Willingness to travel abroad, high level of flexibility and the ability to adapt to new circumstances at short notice
• Excellent communication skills & self-structured
• A start-up mentality, that means you are enthusiastic, motivated and pragmatic
