The role:
This short term opportunity (full time hours, commencing now and ending late January 2026) is a unique opportunity to gain insight into a department that manages administrative service operations sales and support, relating to our Service Plans product. The successful candidate will support our team with a major transformation project that aims to provide new services and communication tools for our customers. You will support the team with customer and dealer engagement, marketing and communications support to ensure service support excellence for our customers. Day to day you will learn about general business operations, support with operational and financial administration and customer service queries. You will also gain insight into the technical side of our service plan offerings and may help with competitor analysis and benchmarking exercises as well as analytics and reporting.
Reporting to Service Plans and Aftersales Solutions Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with Service Contract claims processing
- Support with new Service contracts processing
- Participate in Service Contracts audit processes
- Assist with Service Contracts rule maintenance
- Invoicing assistance
- Support with the coordination of parts returns and inspection process
- Assist with claims reporting
- Assist with preparing 2026 Pricing Tables
- Preparation of dealer bulletins
- Updating the Aftersales project management tracker
- Service Contracts Email Inbox maintenance
