Become part of our team. We as Corporate Controlling and Performance Steering at DTFS are responsible for the segment reporting, consolidated forecasting and planning of Financial Services. With our broad knowledge of the business we deliver the base for top management decision making through data driven analytics. As a team we support each other, learn from one another and leverage a diverse as well as interesting working environment!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• You are responsible for the data collection process as well as data quality from the DTFS markets in the reporting or forecasting proces
• With our analytics tools you are the trusted partner for our market controllers in reporting, forecasting and planning
• You prepare reports and dashboards for DTFS Top Management as well as DT group controlling
• Drive automation and standardization in the reporting and forecasting process
• Besides daily business you are part of interesting projects as key account for controlling governance, processes and tools
• Network with other teams, departments and markets to ensure proper handling of needs and requirements while acting as the governance function for all controlling and performance steering related topics
• Support the team with line business tasks, adhoc requests, ongoing Transformation projects and Strategic Initiatives

Qualifikationen

THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH

• Studying Bachelor/Master of business administration with focus in controlling or accounting
• Initial experience in controlling, accounting or any other finance related function - preferably in the banking industry will be of advantage
• Basic knowledge of analytics and controlling tools like IBM planning analytics as well as Microsoft PowerBI will be of advantage

Personal skills: 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
• Master English in speaking and writing as you work in an international and multicultural environment - basic German skills are also required
• Teamwork, motivation, communication skills
