FUSO Trucks: FUSO, a subsidiary of Daimler, specializes in light and medium-duty trucks. They offer practical solutions for urban delivery, short-haul transport, and vocational applications. FUSO trucks are known for their agility, fuel efficiency, and low environmental impact.

We are excited to share that we have an opportunity for you to join us as a Reporting Executive within our Sales Support, Planning and Reporting team. Here you will be able to gather, contextualise, and share information which supports the Daimler Truck UK and Daimler Truck AG Teams at all levels in the achievement of sales targets, work to identify opportunities, and carry out detailed gap analysis.  You will provide information in a readily and easily accessible manner over a select number of specialised platforms, and the ability to review and feedback at board level as required.

More about the role

• Business Reporting: Provision of a 360 view of our Sales Business through collation of data and generation of reports to help identify sales opportunities and recommendations on forecasts, performance and KPI measurement.
• Supplier Interaction: Liaise with our third-party suppliers as required to aid the development of new reporting systems. Act as an interface between the sales team, IT change management specialists and other specialised partners.
• Management Support: Supporting the Daimler Truck UK senior and board level teams with the capture and delivery of key sales volume, registration and live opportunities data, using Microsoft 365 applications.
• Cover: Provide full cover for the Truck Sales Planning Executive role to ensure business continuity, and the provision of continuous accurate and detailed reporting.

Qualifications

About you

• Previous experience of reporting and the ability to effectively liaise / communicate (verbal and written) to a diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritise and work to extremely tight deadlines.
• Highly numerate with high levels of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
• Proven IT skills, especially the ability to create/amend complex Excel spreadsheets, produce clear presentations and essential knowledge of Power Bi, and SAP Bi.
• To work well as part of a team but ability to be as effective on your own.
