Tasks

Project Management

• Assist the Business head in the day-to-day management of the profitability project, providing administrative and technical support to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with the cross functional team including Finance, M&S,Quality Management, Product engineering, Operations, Procurement for Business objective topics
• Co-ordiante all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring all stakeholders have access to current and accurate information.
• Perform detailed data analysis to support decision-making processes, highlighting trends, forecasting outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement within the project.
• Develop and deliver regular project performance reports, tracking progress against goals, milestones, and budgets, and highlighting any variances or issues.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and quality standards, conducting regular audits and coordinating corrective actions when necessary.

Strategy:

• Accountable for the overall strategy & execution of the bus business function
• Responsible for setting and tracking all KPIs relevant to Business
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the latest business developments, market trends, and competition analysis
• Organize events and workshops to facilitate collaborations, technology tie-up, and business development
• Taking lead of Bus profitability and drive the components for ROS% improvement

Qualifications

B.E / B Tech (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Automobile/Production),Preferred MBA in operations/ SCM
