We will continue to invest in and develop these pillars to better service and support our partners, dealers, and customers in achieving their own ambitious goals and objectives. ### Our Graduate Program Our Graduate Program is a two-year program with experiences across three finance-related departments: Accounting, Controlling (Management Accounting), and Tax. There will be additional opportunities for exposure to Data and Business Intelligence, continuous improvement functions, as well as working towards business partnering, reporting, and presenting financial insights to senior finance leaders. This hands-on role will give you experience in financial analysis, report building and analysis, planning, and compliance, while sharpening your technical finance skills and supporting the development of your soft skills. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to be involved in how we modernize and enhance the way we work by leveraging automation and data analytics and adopting emerging technologies. You will build your skill set as well as your network with access to a supportive team, engaged managers, and a cohort of student interns across other departments. ### Qualifications #### About you A recent or 2026 graduate with a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or similar, you will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and a deep curiosity and interest in developing and learning. Previous experience in finance-related internships will be highly valued. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong team orientation, and a desire to make a meaningful impact. Your interest in working with large datasets and using key business data to improve business outcomes is essential for success in this environment. Above all, as you will be working in a small team, you will have a collaborative approach and a flexible, adaptable attitude to the changing needs of the department.
