Tasks and functions:

Provide expert technical support to customers and the dealer network, resolving incidents through phone consultations and technical platforms.

Perform remote diagnostics and technical interventions, contributing to the fast and effective resolution of issues.

Analyse product quality and reliability, preparing and distributing relevant technical information to the market.

Develop technical solutions tailored to business and service network needs.

Provide technical advice to different company departments and deliver specialised training to the dealer network.

Act as a technical expert in complex cases and accident investigations, representing the company when required.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence in after-sales service.

Qualifications

The profile we are looking for:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Higher Vocational Training (Advanced Technician), or equivalent qualification.

Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles.

Previous experience in workshops, vehicle diagnostics, and repairs.

Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools.

Languages: Native Spanish and English at B2 level. Portuguese and/or German would be a plus.

Driving licence and willingness to travel. Truck driving licence is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

UE permission is required.
