Your job would be to plan, procure and manage the flow of parts from a global supply chain to DTNA's Aftermarket distribution network and customers.

Position offers a starting salary range of $58,000 to $75,000 USD.
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA
Responsibilities include: - Planning and procuring quantities of parts necessary to meet aftermarket customer availability goals and inventory levels for an assigned supply base. - Managing order parameters and exceptions. - Managing critical order response from supply chain to maximize customer uptime. - Resolving and expediting customer back orders and stock orders as necessary to satisfy customer expectations and parts availability targets. - Developing supply chain partners and improving supplier performance. - Communicating DTNA needs and expectations, monitoring supplier on-time shipping performance and responsiveness, establishing long-term planning and capacity reviews, participating in cross-functional supplier management activities, identifying and communicating supplier risks, and developing supplier relationships that foster continued growth and partnership. - Participating in continuous improvement project work to help move the department towards Blue-Sky goals. - Working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate supply-related programs for DTNA, including tooling capacities, marketing campaigns, supplier constraint management, long-term agreements (LTA), component life cycle planning, product changeovers, and introductions. - Analyzing and diagnosing supply chain trends. - Presenting findings and recommended actions to department management. - Performing other duties as required by the Aftermarket needs.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Requirements include: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. - Two years of relevant experience in supplier management, supply chain, customer-focused or related experience in a supply chain environment. - Training and/or experience in lean principles, problem-solving techniques and waste elimination. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Effective interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work well in team settings.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Preferred qualifications include: - Experience collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders (procurement, operations, finance) to support supply chain activities. - Strong organizational skills. - Experience tracking supplier KPIs (on-time delivery, responsiveness, quality) and driving improvements. - Strong customer focus. - SAP experience.

This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) Portland, OR, US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
