What We Offer You

• Lead supplier to prepare PPAP submission and PPAP approval
• Responsible for conducting cross-functional supplier audits
• Coordinate evaluation team of functional experts with multinational background
• Prepare, plan, and conduct evaluations; document results and conclusions
• Lead cross-functional team and be responsible for results and quality of supplier evaluation process on-site
• Manage supplier development and ensure quality of mass production commodities
• Prepare and organize on-site supplier evaluations (OSA and ESV)
• Work in close cooperation with the Procurement department along the RfQ process
• Develop Supplier Quality Assurance Process (SQAP) projects with functional team and supplier
• Set up and organize regular project meetings
• Conduct sample preparation, on-site checking, and process audits at supplier sites
• Collaborate with supplier and functional team to resolve related issues
• Provide problem-solving support during series production

Qualifications

That’s Why You Are a Match

• Engineering Bachelor degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of quality and/or supplier management experience in the automobile industry
• Deep knowledge and manufacturing process know-how for battery cell, module, pack, and E/E parts
• Battery manufacturing plant working experience preferred
• Quality and/or supplier management experience for casting, forging, stamping, etc. preferred
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MSA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, VDA RGA, and Six Sigma tools
• Familiar with IATF16949 and VDA6.3 (VDA6.3 certification is required)
• Proficiency in problem-solving tools
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
