We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the CEO of DTSEA/Head of Customer Region SEA (CR SEA) in driving strategic initiatives, strengthening regional governance, and leading corporate communication activities across DTSEA/CR SEA. This pivotal role provides broad exposure to senior leadership across regions, additionally offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making in a dynamic, international environment. The individual will play a key role in translating strategy into action, coordinating regional projects, enabling effective communication, and serving as a trusted interface between the CEO, regional leaders, and key stakeholders.
The main responsibilities will include the following:
Strategic Project Management and Regional Steering
- Supporting the CEO in implementing regional strategy and executing strategic projects across DTSEA/CR SEA - Monitoring, analyzing, and tracking regional business activities and initiatives - Preparing regular updates, insights, and recommendations for the CEO and Management Team - Participating in meetings with regional heads and counterparts, including preparation of analyses and presentation materials - Compiling, consolidating, and distributing management reports in a timely manner, including reports to Headquarters in Germany - Coordinating and preparing regular communication activities such as country visits and leadership engagementsRegional and Cross-Regional Knowledge Exchange
- Acting as a key point of contact and information partner between local markets, the region, and Headquarters - Facilitating effective information sharing and collaboration across teams and regions - Supporting global and cross-regional projects as requiredCorporate Communication and External Outreach
- Supporting CEO communications, including speechwriting, interview preparation, and key messaging - Managing internal and external communications, including press releases and media interactions - Developing high-quality communication and marketing materials for internal stakeholders, external partners, and government agencies - Providing communication support for internal and external product launch eventsGovernance, Policy and External Affairs
- Acting as the Local Policy Advisor and supporting governance matters for the DTSEA legal entity - Monitoring political, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to the region - Liaising with External Affairs teams on regional policy and regulatory topicsPeople Engagement Activities and Others
- Participating in future mobility discussions with government bodies and strategic partners - Conducting competitor monitoring and providing regular analysis and reporting - Guiding and coaching new colleagues and interns - Actively contributing to employee engagement initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activitiesAnd any other suitable tasks assigned.
Qualifications
- Tertiary Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of studies - Preferably 3–4 years of working experience in an international organization in Strategy function, Marketing, Corporate Communication, or as an Executive Assistant - Strong understanding of project management principles - Experience working in an international and/or matrix organization - High cultural sensitivity and ability to work across diverse teams - Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities - Ability to simplify complex information to stakeholders - Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as in teams - Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment - Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel - Confident, outgoing communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skillsThis position is based in Singapore and may be offered at a lower job level based on the candidate’s experience. A valid and approved work visa is required for employment in Singapore in accordance with local labor law regulations.
