Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Psychologist to join our behavioral health team. The selected candidate will be tasked with assessing, diagnosing, and providing evidence-based interventions for individuals dealing with mental health challenges. This role involves working directly with clients to understand their psychological needs through interviews, assessments, and observations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients’ psychological conditions.

• Develop tailored intervention plans based on client-specific needs.

• Provide therapeutic services such as counseling or psychotherapy.

• Assess progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care delivery.

• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, assessments, and treatment outcomes.

• Offer education to individuals and families about mental health topics.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program.

• Completion of a state-approved internship or residency program in clinical psychology or counseling psychology.

• Current licensure as a Psychologist in the state of practice (or eligibility for licensure).

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of psychological theories, therapeutic methodologies, and diagnostic tools.

• Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with diverse populations including patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Ability to evaluate complex cases while maintaining focus on client-centered care approaches.

• Empathetic approach combined with adherence to ethical standards related to confidentiality.
