Job Description:

As a Travel Licensed LPN with Capstone Medical Resources, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse assisted living facilities across the country. Your dedication and expertise will play a crucial role in providing quality care to residents in these settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.

  • Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' health status and communicate findings to the healthcare team.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, Licensed nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care plans.

  • Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to residents and their families, fostering a compassionate and caring environment.

  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in various work environments, adjusting to the unique needs of each assisted living facility.

Qualifications:

  • Active LPN License: Valid and current LPN license in the state(s) of practice.

  • Experience: Previous experience in assisted living or long-term care settings is preferred.

  • Compassion: Demonstrated compassion and empathy in caring for elderly residents.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and adapt to different work environments.
