Hey there, future spark of our team! We're on the lookout for some energized folks to join us as Electrical Installers. If you’re someone who enjoys working with a buddy or two, loves a good laugh while getting the job done, and appreciates the art of wiring without turning it into spaghetti, then we might just be your new work family.

What You'll Be Up To:

• Keep an eye on safety guidelines like a hawk and make sure everyone else does too.

• Champion safety at every site; after all, nobody wants to take an unwanted trip.

• Work to our high standards—because mediocrity is not in our dictionary!

• Understand the electrical ins and outs of Brooklyn SolarWorks systems (we’ll teach you).

• Chat with your crew lead and teammates about daily plans and successes—good news deserves sharing!

• Report any hiccups during installations to your crew lead—it’s all about teamwork.

• Be ready for flexible hours; we promise it’s never boring!

• Solve problems like Sherlock Holmes if issues pop up unexpectedly.

• Get yourself (and maybe even the rest of us) to various job sites as needed.

• Stay on-site until given the green light by your crew lead/manager—it’s not prison time, we swear!

• Pack up leftover materials after completing each project—clean sites are happy sites.

What You Bring:

A valid NY driver's license—because teleportation isn’t quite here yet.
A shining driving record.
Two years in construction under your tool belt.
OSHA 30 & 10 certifications required—we love safe workers!
The strength to carry 50 lbs—or more if you're feeling extra strong that day.
Comfortable with ladders? Roofs? Perfect!
Experience bending conduit—we won't ask you how flexible you are though.

Nice-to-Have Extras:

Knowledge about solar gear is a big plus! A love for what Brooklyn SolarWorks stands for will earn you bonus points.

The Perks:

Starting pay between $23-$27/hr based on experience—the more sparks you've made in this field, the better!
