Join our mission-driven team at Brooklyn Roof Masters as a dedicated Roofing Laborer. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to become part of our expanding roofing squad. Our laborers work in teams of 3-5, collaborating to install protective and durable roof layers. As a Roofing Laborer, you will learn essential techniques, assess job sites for suitability, and expertly position materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company protocols.

• Efficiently unload tools and supplies from company vehicles.

• Construct and fit support structures for roofing materials following building codes, manufacturer guidelines, and best practices while ensuring waterproofing.

• Travel to designated job sites daily as assigned by the Crew Leader or Manager.

• Assemble framing structures according to project plans.

• Measure, cut, and secure roofing components in line with specifications outlined by Brooklyn Roof Masters' standards.

• Maintain clear communication with the team leader about daily tasks, progress updates, and achievements.

• Stay on-site until released by the Crew Leader or Manager after task completion.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.

• Ensure cleanliness of work areas post-job completion by clearing debris from rooftops.
