Data Entry Specialist

Big City Sportswear & Graphics is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with entering and updating customer, order, product, and production information in company systems.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Previous experience is helpful but not required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer and order information

• Maintain accurate product and production records

• Review data for errors or missing information

• Organize digital files and documents

• Assist with basic order tracking and record updates

• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information

Qualifications

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Good organization and communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Reliable internet connection

• Data-entry experience is helpful but not required

Schedule & Benefits

Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours/week
Part-Time: Approximately 20–30 hours/week
