Inside Sales Representative

At All American Home Care, the Inside Sales Representative is the first point of contact for families seeking support at home. This role is about more than answering calls. You guide families through the process, verify coverage, and help move each case toward Start of Care with urgency and compassion. If you are organized, confident on the phone, and take pride in follow-through  you’ll thrive here.

This role includes a competitive base salary plus commission.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct intake calls to understand client needs and caregiver preferences

  • Verify insurance coverage (Medicaid, Medicare, MCOs, commercial plans)

  • Clearly explain our services and next steps

  • Keep leads organized and moving forward

  • Follow up consistently to help families complete onboarding

  • Document activity accurately in Zoho CRM

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case activation

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

  • You’ll play a key role in helping families access care quickly and smoothly.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, intake, healthcare, or insurance

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills

  • Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or MCOs (preferred)

  • CRM experience (Zoho a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple active cases

  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment

  • Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred)
