HVAC Foreman/LeadTucson, AZ

Achilles Inc. is a well-established HVAC Subcontractor looking for a new member for our team. This is a full-time Foreman/Lead position, which requires someone who is dependable and wants to be a team player. Commercial installation experience is a plus. Looking for an individual with 5 years experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and lead HVAC field crews with minimal supervision.

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and project schedules.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, and workflow to ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Conduct regular job site safety meetings and enforce all company and client safety requirements.

• Perform and oversee HVAC installation and mechanical work as needed.

• Complete project layout, documentation, and required paperwork in a timely manner.

• Train, mentor, and develop field employees.

• Coordinate project activities with general contractors and other trades.

• Utilize Procore and other contractor-required project management systems.

• Maintain clear and professional communication with project managers, general contractors, and team members.

• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout all phases of the project.

• Attend foreman and project meetings as required.

• Assist with material planning and ordering to support project timelines.

• Design and coordinate air distribution systems using Ductulator.
